Biography

Veronica Eres is a classical guitarist from Knoxville, Tennessee. She began her musical studies on the piano at age 4 and on the violin at age 6. She began playing with the Knoxville Youth Symphony Orchestra at age 8. At age 15, she began studying guitar and had already won prizes in several competitions after just 6 months of study. Her previous teachers include Lawrence Long, William Yelverton, Christoph Borter, Anders Miolin, and Matthew Palmer.

Veronica has performed in different venues and has been a prizewinner in  several competitions including Knoxville Youth Aliyah Competition, Tennessee Guitar Competition, Indiana International Guitar Competition, and Appalachian State International Guitar Competition.

Veronica holds a Bachelors in music performance from the Florida State University where she studied with renowned pedagogue Bruce Holzman. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Music performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Judicäel Perroy.

Veronica plays a 2013 Steven Walter guitar.
